Terms and conditions for SOC Sportswear

1. Purchase
The purchase agreement applies with Stadium Sweden AB, 601 60 Norrköping, org nr 556236-4397 when the customer agrees to the terms and conditions and confirms the order. When an order is placed, a confirmation is automatically sent via e-mail.

2. Age limit
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order at socsportswear.com.

3. Prices & maximum order amount
All prices are in euro (€) and include the relevant VAT (value added tax). Prices do not include the cost of dispatch. In the event of obviously incorrect pricing, Stadium Sweden AB reserves the right to cancel the order, if governed by the applicable consumer laws. The maximum order amount allowed is 5000€. We do not have a minimum order amount.

4. Payment options
The web shop only approves purchases by private customers. See the offered payment methods below.

4:1. Credit card payment
Accepted credit cards are VISA and Mastercard. No fees are charged for credit cards. Card payments require the card number, card validity and CVC code. socsportswear.com uses the 3D-Secure security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard. Payment is made through Adyen, which is PCI DSS certified and thus meets all security requirements for debit and credit card transactions. All data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to the card data. Stadium Sweden AB does not store the card number after the completed transaction. More information about safety at socsportswear.com can be found under section 13 in our terms and conditions. The total amount of the order is reserved upon confirmation and debited as soon as the order is sent from our warehouse.

5. Delivery methods and costs
Click here to read more about the different delivery methods we offer. You will receive an e-mail when the parcel is sent from our warehouse. Use the link/tracking code in the e-mail to see the delivery status. Purchases made at socsportswear.com can only be delivered within the borders of Denmark, excluding Greenland.

6. Late delivery – cancellation
If Stadium Sweden AB is unable to deliver the order within the promised delivery time, a new time will be offered. The customer can either accept the new time or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

7. Right to return
7:1. Statutory right to revoke
We comply with the 14-day right to revoke according to the applicable consumer laws. If you wish to exercise the right to revoke, you need to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase within 14 days of having received the products. When you have informed us that you chose to revoke your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us. You can do so by registering your order here or by following the option found below. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item. You can send an e-mail to info.soc@socsportswear.com or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you find below. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time. Cancelling part of the purchase If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that we refund the delivery fee when applicable (delivery fee is 4,90 Euro). The return cost however will not be refunded.
Returning the goods You have two options for the return:
1. Register here and the cost of the return will be 4,90 Euro and the return cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. For this option, Stadium is liable if there is any damage to the parcel damaged during transportation.
2. Choose your own return method. For this option, you yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is lost or damaged during transport.

If you exercise your right of revocation, our refund will include the delivery fee if applicable. The refund will be made to the same payment method as chosen in the order no later than 14 business days after we have proof of the return or the products have arrived at our warehouse. The state of the returned product You need to send the return to our warehouse immediately or at the latest 14 days after notifying us about your decision to revoke and in accordance with the options below (point 7:2) The customer is personally responsible for any impairment of the product which leads to a reduction of the, including the original packaging, which is due to handling beyond what is required to be able to determine the product’s state, properties and its function. If the value of the product is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the product and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the product, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded. 7:1.1. Right to return
You may return your order within 14 days after it’s been picked up/delivered. Please note that when it comes to items that has an original box, the box is a part of the item and therefore needs to be intact if you want to keep the opportunity of getting the full amount refunded. You have the right to open the parcel free of charge and make sure that the product is correct.

7:2. Return
If you wish to return your item, you can register the return here. The returned product needs to be intact with all its labels/tags still attached if you want to keep the opportunity of getting the full amount refunded. No return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. The return parcel needs to be packed well so that the returned item including its original packing isn’t damaged during transportation. Please note that when it comes to items that has an original box, the box is a part of the item and therefore needs to be intact if you want to keep the opportunity of getting the full amount refunded for the item. If you, however, send the return to us without registering it using the address below, you will be liable if the package is lost or damaged during transport. No return fee will not be deducted from the refunded amount. The return parcel needs to be packed well so that the returned item including its original packing isn’t damaged during transportation. Please note that when it comes to items that has an original box, the box is a part of the item and therefore needs to be intact if you want to keep the opportunity of getting the full amount refunded. The article must always be returned in suitable packaging.

8. Refund
When returning one or multiple items, you will get a refund. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement. The refund will be made to the same payment method as chosen in the order. We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

9. Claims
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article. We only accept claims that are caused by manufacturing faults and/or quality defects. Products that are damaged as a result of daily wear or not fitting sizes are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not accepted claims. The claim shall be made directly or no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered. When the ordered product is damaged or defect, you need to register the order here or choose a return method of your own choice, and then send it back to our warehouse. If your complaint is justified, you may either have the product repaired or replaced, your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. An accepted claim results in a refund to the same payment method as used in the original order. If you chose to register your claim via the link above, an assessment will be made with the registered information given by you. We will keep you posted with necessary information throughout the process. If the claim is accepted, you will not be charged any return freight costs. If you, however, send the claim to us without registering it using the address below, the assessment will be made when the item reaches our warehouse. You need to attach a detailed description of the defect/problem. If the claim is accepted, we refund your return costs (within reason). The article must always be returned in suitable packaging. Please note that choosing this option you will be liable if the package is lost or damaged during transport.

10. Transportation damage
If there is a transportation damage that lead to the product being damaged, please contact our customer service within reasonable time.

11. Unclaimed products
There is no charge for unclaimed products. The ordered parcel is stored at the post office for 14 days, after which they are returned to our warehouse. See point 8 for information regarding the refund.

12. Security
socsportswear.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is an encryption protocol for secure data transfer. SSL was developed by Netscape Communications. SSL uses a digital certificate to verify the sender and recipient of the data transfer. On the webpage socsportswear.com, Verisign is used as the issuer of the certificate. The certificate is of the Secure Site Pro with EV type, which provides the highest possible encryption for Microsoft and other browsers. The Secure Site Pro with EV certificate uses 256-bit encryption, allowing you to use the latest features in modern browsers. An example of this is the "green" address field, which indicates that the communication is secure. We use Adyen for payment processing.

13. Personal data

15. Disputes
In case of any disputes, Stadium Sweden AB will follow the recommendations of the European Commission Online Dispute Resolutions (EU ODR).

16. Force Majeure
Stadium Sweden AB is responsible in accordance with Danish Laws mandatory rules. The terms of business were last updated on 02.05.2022.
