socsportwear.com offers 30 days right to return. Have you placed an order 21.11 2022 or later you have the right to make a return until 31/1 2023. When returning to our warehouse, we ask you to pack your shipment well. It is not permitted to tape or paste anything on the product's original box. We therefore recommend that you pack the shipment in a plastic bag.

Return to our warehouse
1. Register your return here, a QR code will be sent to you via SMS
2. Pack the shipment well. Submit the package to your nearest post office and show the QR code. This option does not require a return label or return slip.
3. Refund will be made within 7 working days to the same payment method used in your order.

When returning to our warehouse, no exchanges are applied, instead you then need to place a new order.
Refund
The refund will be made to the same payment method as chosen in the order.
Claim
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.
We only accept claims that are caused by manufacturing faults and/or quality defects. Products that are damaged as a result of daily wear or not fitting sizes are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not accepted claims. The claim shall be made directly or no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered.
When the ordered product is damaged or defect, you need to register the order here or choose a return method of your own choice, and then send it back to our warehouse. If your complaint is justified, you may either have the product repaired or replaced, your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. An accepted claim results in a refund to the same payment method as used in the original order.
If you chose to register your claim via the link above, an assessment will be made with the registered information given by you. We will keep you posted with necessary information throughout the process. If the claim is accepted, you will not be charged any return freight costs.
If you, however, send the claim to us without registering it using the address below, the assessment will be made when the item reaches our warehouse. You need to attach a detailed description of the defect/problem. If the claim is accepted, we refund a set amount of (4,90 EUR) for your return costs. If the value of the product is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the product and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you.
The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the product, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
